Natural Breastfeeding Natural Family Planning And Breastfeeding?

Natural Family Planning and Breastfeeding? - natural breastfeeding

My husband and I decided to make natural family planning. I was almost exclusively breastfeeding with our son. From what I've read about the use of breastfeeding as a form of contraception is only effective if the nurse every few hours during the night, including shots of her time and did not return your child to less than 6 months. Now the baby is now six months and starts solids. My time has not come back, but I know he can still become pregnant. Whatever the question: "My husband and I are very good with pregnant again right now. But I'm on tenterhooks the whole time span, with a hint that she might be pregnant, because I have nothing to measure or indication help the fire to reach safely. No time to see even more sensitive nipples breastfeeding baby bag, had no morning sickness with the first.
Has anyone seen? I had 3 attempts and still negative - but sometimes I'm paranoid.

Hello, congratulations on your new son!

I have the ecological breastfeeding with my two daughters and a return to fertility, I had my first child 12 months and 17-18 months with my second. I understand that it can be frustrating to know not only for one way or another. In my experience, the use of breastfeeding products and also the teaching of NFP, you probably know where fertility has returned. Women tend to have a very heavy, very long examination of the mucus before ovulation first. This is usually done for a good 1-2 weeks of constant volume of large amounts of mucus.

When I am silent, I also had a temperature. Not every day, but usually once a week or less. I knew that my pregnancy before my letter of pre-ovulation temperatures are typically around 97.0 to my post-ovulation temperatures are in the high 97s-98. He did not want a day under the pressure of the temperature, mainly because it always gets a good nights sleep valid temperatures could make. In this way not to spend money on pregnancy tests werethere. When I took a temperature and in the low 97s, I knew I still was not ovulating.

There are good chances that you will continue breastfeeding infertility for a few months. It is a very personal thing. For some women, can not imagine the firm baby to sleep longer at night, and it will take a year or more of breastfeeding infertility. The level of prolactin, which influences when you get back your fertility. Some nursing mothers need a little inspiration for a later date to keep their times, other women nurse frequently, but its time to come back soon. Thus, the experience of every woman is different.

If you have not already read Sheila Kippley "Breastfeeding and birth spacing," I recommend it. She has many stories of different women talk about their experiences in nursing and the time it was back in front of your fertility. Could be a good resource for you. You see, you feel a little better, as it was for other women.

Asthat the use of a kit for the prediction of ovulation, I recommend you not to do so because they are very expensive and you end up for months before their return periods. If you have not attended this training class, you could consider a firm and able to help you see the signs of fertility and feel better able to say when returning fertility. You can certainly use the mucus and temperature signals to your advantage to learn more about what is happening with your learning cycle. You can also learn to use sign of the cervix, has returned to give fertility. All these signs leads to more comfort for your return time to wait.

I sense a number of ignorant answers here and on the withdrawal or the use of condoms ... Ecological breastfeeding is very reliable (99.9%), if you, as described in the first 6 months. I know that many babies were conceived when their parents condoms or the pill, but no one doubts their contraceptive options! Then do do next!

I know where you come forth. My husband and I have successfully used NFP in and out in the last 5 years, but did not attempt breastfeeding "green", but because they are still great difficulties and infections.

Despite what people say, breastfeeding is a reliable form of contraception if you really just that most American mothers do not. They left their babies to sleep at night, sometimes they give candy, etc. The key to breastfeeding helps to suppress ovulation, while in the care of the common day and night. Thus, nature is anyway - as a care-on-demand and will remain together in the vicinity of the mother and child.

Have you read "The Art of Natural Family Planning" by Kippleys We have a whole chapter on the use of exclusive breastfeeding for birth control and much more effective than 6 months. Most women on average experience no ovulation for 14-15 months. You need to nurses (and night) by the transition from childfirm. The key is not the quantity of milk received by your child, but the nipples are constantly stimulated suppression of ovulation.

As for control of their fertility during lactation, there is also a chapter here :-) Basically, you can use the label "slime" as a reliable indicator of whether your fertility returns. If you have experience in the NWFP to recognize the cervical mucus, when it first appears to say that she is ovulating again.

I understand the fear, because you want to get to know one way or another. I congratulate you for breastfeeding. It is so good for the child, and you hear your friends and family help the mother to lose the extra pounds of baby. Because of their fear, I have to believe that they are ready to be pregnant, even if you and your husband would be nice if it was to come. The question that we are for you: Why not use a condom? If you would do that, not eliminate the fear and the feeling of not knowing? The family is not natural, then? After researching your question, yes, you can get pregnant anyway. View Source.

Hmmm, can you start your time when you start your baby for many people sound. Breastfeeding is not really a reliable birth control I've seen many women are pregnant for a week at the age of 6, children exclusively breastfed, and that the mind is not pregnant. I assure you that you are about prenatal vitamins, especially if you continue care if you become pregnant, it's hard on your body, do both.

If you use the natural family planning really should be the $ 200 on a home kit to invest at ovulation. It can help you know when you are ovulating because they have no control over time.
There are cheaper kits at Walgreens ovulation site, as well, but as a (6 years old), Pharmacy technician, my customers to buy the cheapest, and change it.
Good luck! And congratulations to her.
