Indoor Sunflowers My Herbs Are Laying Down After Transplant, What Should I Do?

My herbs are laying down after transplant, what should I do? - indoor sunflowers

I get an herb garden in the house, and recently transplanted basil, parsley, sunflower oil (I know, no grass) and chives in pots larger. Sunflowers and basil has long stems, but leaves very little to each tribe, and not as they should. Chives will either not fit properly. Suggestions or comments?
